This video demonstrates some of the best deltoid exercises. Try doing 2 or 3 sets of 15 for each of the exercises in this video. You could also do 1 set of 20 for each exercise then add some weight and do 1 set of 15 for each exercise. Add weight one more time and do 1 set of 10 for each exercise. Give it a shot and let me know what you think!

  • bull shit, to get big shoulders, you better forget this video. You better workout 3 to 4 days a week (full body split) or (upper-lower split) to get big.

    You need to chose big compound exercice and lift heavy and forgot all isolation exercice like lateral raises. Remember that The biggest guys are the strong man, and they never do foking lateral raises or up right row

    here is a routine : deadlift, clean and press and bent over row and other one is squat, Db chest press, chin-up and dips

  • @DariusKant why so angry Darius? You should read video descriptions before getting all worked up. This isn't a "Build Huge Shoulders" routine. Just a simple instructional video on a few of my favorite deltoid movements. But I appreciate you watching it anyways.

  • when in your routine do you work delts? And after what muscle group? Or do you do a day just for them?

  • @metalfang5 I don't like to lift my shoulders on the same day as other muscle groups so I usually work them on their own day. Multiple exercises for each head. A little extra for the rear delts because it's a weak area of mine (but not for long). I also like to throw in some traps with my shoulder day since it's a few days after I've done back. Thanks for the question!

  • i tried a little experiment.for one year i was not going to do anything except heavy presses for my delts.no laterals,etc.everyone told me that i would lose size and width.i was worried also,but i did it.after 1 solid year i not only didnt lose size or width,but gained 5/8 of an inch,density,thickness,and great overhead strength.this was 5 years ago.i started actually competing in olympic masters at 40.i do snatch grip behind neck push press and of course,jerks.i feel fantastic!

  • @DariusKant not every exersize has to be a compound movement. isolation exersizes are great for definition and toning

  • lateral raises aswell as other isolation exercises wouldn't exist if they didn't work

    u wanna look good? u need to do isolation movements too to chisel ur body to what u want

  • I do a similar light weight routine like this once every 4 or 5 delt workouts. All other times it's heavy mostly.
