When I was a young child, my grandmother had me watch her cut off a chickens head, then gave me a choice. I could pluck the feathers or wash dishes, you can guess what i chose. I loved her for sharing that experience with me, but that was after the shock wore off. Thank you for posting this video, don'y let the detractors bug you. I posted a clip called "allen street farmers market" some may enjoy. Next time I have a turkey sandwich, I'll rewatch this clip. thanks again.

Question for the videographer: why are you standing a mile away from the turkey and using zoom, it is dead it won't hurt you.. use a HD camera and stand close to the processing next time..
