Hey Jeff. Kudos for having the will in the first place to put together such an exhaustive weight gain method--definitely calls for lots of hard work on your end. I've been using your product for a week now and have gained around 2 to 3 pounds (I'm 5' 11'' and weigh 124 lbs). Still have a long way to go, but I'm glad that I've gotten off to a good start. Thanks!

@eerriikkeerriikk When I started I was 6'2" and about 145. I've actually gained over 60 pounds since I've started. No reason you can't bulk up too.
