Headless Ghost caught on Webcam (Proof?)

This video tells the story of something unusual that I captured on one of the ghostcams on a site dedicated to a supposedly haunted library in America, Willard Library.
It occured on the night of November 16, 2005, and to this day I still can't explain the image I caught on the research room/main library ghostcam.
Is it a headless ghost? Is it the spirit of the grey lady who supposedly still haunts the building? Or is it just something that they faked themselves?
You decide.
Oh and btw, if you want to know the name of the music I used, it's 'Love on a Real Train' by Tangerine Dream.

If you look at the photos other people have taken, that same "headless ghost" has been seen in the Basement and the Children's Room.

@Laitelenore The Gray Lady is an Indiana legend. Being from there and growing up there, I can tell you I've heard a lot of stories about her, stories told by my grandfather and grandmother who, as far as I know, never read Harry Potter.

Hey guys, just watched this video again for the first time in a while; and I'd just like to say a lot of your comments have changed my perspective on the 'headless figure' in the video - I now believe there is much more of a rational explanation for this in that it looks more like an everyday human being wearing a hoodie with their head bent over. Btw i didn't fake this intentionally to make it seem 'paranormal', i think i just misunderstood the picture. However, i am still open-minded :)
