This video was shot during our quick fly out/fly back home "spot chase" of June 2005. The month prior we completed a successful two weeks on the road, but we still wanted more storms. So, during the second week in June, the pattern started shaping up for another bout of severe weather, and that's when Dave Lewison and I booked a flight out to Denver on Jet Blue, and headed out for another few days of chasing. No tornadoes we spotted during this trip, but we did see some amazing storms none the less. This one being the best of them.

Hope you enjoy the video, and please rate, comment and subscribe if you have a few moments as I will be posting many more videos over the coming days/weeks/months. Thanks!!

  • this actually happened to me once like i was playing a game of baseball but we had to stop cause the coaches saw lightning but then these clouds started to spin and spind really fast right in the middle of the field

  • @Ndumbo1 The coach definitely made the right call! Especially when lightning is nearby. Better to be safe than sorry! Thanks for watching

  • Magnificent. Thanks for sharing. I'm amazed that this storm didn't produce gigantic hailstones, it sure looked like major hail behind that shelf cloud..

  • @stephenlevine011 It certainly could have but thankfully we managed to stay out of the hail this time around lol. Thanks for watching!

  • it usually rains like that in Saudi Arabia.. but it only rains about 4 times a year.. :(

  • @anasbinqamar Very true, you don't get a lot of rain at all there. Thanks for watching and Happy New Year to you!

  • I have to admit, I am absolutely addicted to, mesmorized by, and simply amazed at watching tornado videos! Since I was a child, I have always been awe struck by these storms, and the raw energy they produce. I dont know if I could honestly answer as to why I am and always have been so damn interested in tornadoes!! I envy you being out in the field chasing them. Its been a dream of mine to one day see one in person... I just spent the last 4 hours watching these videos!

  • That looked like a wanna be tornado xD

  • très magnifique votre d 'orages
