I'm not sure if this is serious or not, but he's kind of missing the point. This is a real Muppet video (notice the sign in the Muppet Audience "You've been Rick Roll'd.") If you haven't stopped to ask what a "Rick Roll" is or why the Muppets are holding a sign that says "Rick Roll'd," or if you haven't read the comments beneath the video, or if none of these things have made you ask, "what am I missing?" then see the appropriate article in Wikipedia.
