The Words are Here: This is another recording this time w/ mic and keyboard (and a few mistakes :-)This is a song I wrote for a ladie's retreat. I was having a hard time getting past myself really and always focusing on the negative and my mistakes. With condemnation weighing me down I was reminded that the same Spirit that is in Christ Jesus lives also in me...and I began to take all those negative thoughts and turn them around to remind myself what I can be and who I am in Christ! In Him we are free from Condemnation!

So Here are the Words:
"I AM"
(verse1)
Holy Spirit, fall upon me, I'm in need of your grace.
Holy Saviour, like rushing water, wash away the shame.
Ill equipped, inadequate, to stand in front of You.
All I see is my sinful tendencies, but because of You.
(Chorus)
I am beautiful, I am merciful, I am patient, I am free.
I'm a loving being, I was meant to do great things, I am capable I am free.
I'm a conqueror, I am stronger than I thought, I'm a child of the King, I am free.
I am powerful, yet I am gentle as a lamb, because of Christ in me.
(verse2)
Holy Spirit, whisper softly, & tell me who I am.
Holy Savior, who came to save me, what a glorious plan.
Ill equipped, inadequate, to stand in front of You.
Cause all I see is my sinful tendencies, but because of You...
(repeat chorus)
Holy Spirit, fall upon me, remind me who I am...
