Well, that's the reason I said "So long as it sounds correct." I was just saying it's not always Tu Ku, it can be others, I've even heard To Ko before. But you make a very valid point, it seems a lot of younger players don't take their style into account and stick with whatever their band director or method books say.

I would love to hear a studio recording of these guys. In a piece where the main motif is all about tonguing, the reverb of this hall kinda takes away from the effect. But awesome recording. Joe's eyebrows at 1:57 on the high Bb makes me giggle every time...
