Thank you Youtube for recommending this video to me right when I needed it. I had a mini breakdown today over exams and that nagging feeling that I'm heading towards forever boredom and unhappiness if I continue my university degree. You'd think these moments of impending doom and suffering over studies would stop by the time you're a 4th year double-degree student, but they don't.

The thing about your life is that you evolve. Your passions and your mind; they evolve. You're not hopelessly lost ... you're evolving. College was by far the best and most rewarding experience of my so far brief existence. I changed ..my passions grew...I grew ... I discovered new meanings to my life. But what do you do when you're 18 and you're watching your passions die one by one and you're pretty much convinced you'll never succeed in them anyway?

How does one get the hope to look at one's future and see anything but an endless pit of nothingness when one does not have an Ilene because one has a tendency to annoy the living crap out of everyone who attempts to assist them because they are so endlessly hopeless and eventually whoever it is that is trying to help gets sick of it and leaves?
