A Day in the Life at Gadgetbox Studios

Director Jono Schaferkotter stepped into the brand new Gadgetbox Recording Studios in Santa Cruz, CA to capture the very first sessions recorded at the new facility. Featuring Santa Cruz-based Wooster (www.myspace.com/84wooster), this video offers a glimpse of a creative recording session- and all the shenanigans therein. Filmed during October 2009, the video features footage of the band as well as quotes from producer/owner Andy Zenczak about the new space and the new features throughout. From taking breaks skateboarding to drives by the beach and a visit to the Boardwalk amusement park, this is no ordinary 'day-in-the-life" video-- it is an example of the relaxed and inspiring atmosphere Santa Cruz has to offer, the power and energy of one of Santa Cruz's up & coming acts, and a glimpse at award-winning producer Andy Zenczak in action -- surrounded by the backdrop and energy of his all-new Gadgetbox Recording Studio. I've done several sessions at the new Gadgetbox and have to say that it is the absolute most amazing studio anywhere between SF and LA! Congrats G-box!!!
