UM question: is ableton free? cause if so i REALLY need to download this. pleas answer cause im a starting techno artist and i really need some new software.

Thanks, there's some really useful tips in all these tutorials, particularly I like holding CTRL to slow the changes when tweaking controls on effects/synths etc. Didn't know that and have spent a while getting really frustrated by the inability to set specific freqs etc. Thanks mate :)

Hmm i could see this being brilliant for live performances, but for making songs?

naw arrangement view is better overall.

im make clips in session view then move em over, play with the melody in large blocks then resample them to tits
