  • UM question: is ableton free? cause if so i REALLY need to download this. pleas answer cause im a starting techno artist and i really need some new software.

  • @xXRadioStaticXx The full version of Ableton Live is not free but you can get a free 30 day trial via their website.

  • Thanks for showing the concept of recording an arrangement this way. Don't like the sounds at all, but I picked up a couple of tricks.

  • Thanks, there's some really useful tips in all these tutorials, particularly I like holding CTRL to slow the changes when tweaking controls on effects/synths etc. Didn't know that and have spent a while getting really frustrated by the inability to set specific freqs etc. Thanks mate :)

  • Hmm i could see this being brilliant for live performances, but for making songs?

    naw arrangement view is better overall.

    im make clips in session view then move em over, play with the melody in large blocks then resample them to tits
