  • Please do not take this the wrong way because I see that you are a very proud boater. But I see at times some boaters put a ton of faith in their engines when they untie and shove off or launch from a trailer without first seeing if everything will work properly. It is a whole lot easier to hand a mechanical issue or failure when boats are still tied up or attached to a trailer. Please do not take this the wrong way, other people's failures and disaster are now lessons learned to others.

  • @NoWake200 Ya, I really have no idea what your message is here- other than the obvious; boats are easier to work on at the dock rather than out in the middle of the lake. But is that really necessary advice?

  • @jawaring I think it is necessary advice. The boat was untied and shoved off prior to starting the engine and seeing if everything was working properly. Just a small observation that I made this is all.

  • @NoWake200 I understand the observation, but you are making several assumptions about what you are seeing that are simply not applicable. This boat was checked, started, run and warm. It had just pulled up to the dock for a minute before this "shove off" video was made. It drives me nuts how many people on YouTube assume things about what they are seeing (or not seeing in this case) and feel compelled to dispense advice about it. Makes me want to disable comments on all my videos...

  • you gota let that motor warm up before you start revving it.... great sound btw

  • @fishaholic2012 Why do you assume its cold? The boat was run, pulled up to the dock for a minute and then started for this video.

  • That's not a waketower punk, it's the nicest bimini top mount you've ever seen. If I want to wakeboard, I'll take our Malibu Wakesetter out. And don't even try and reply with some Malibu vs. Mastercraft BS...

  • mesmorizing idle. Music to my ears. Never mind crowdcor225's comment. He obviously doesn't respect the rumble of a big block V8.

  • @NoWake200 Seems to me this guy has a pretty decent love for his boat. Someone like that definitely keeps it in good condition. I would know, i own the same boat and I baby the shit out of it.

  • Sweet Boat, Sweeter sound, and that is an awesome Bimini, screw the haters, all around good video for the subject. Thanks for letting me watch/listen!

  • Sweet boat man. Is the engine stock?

  • @jawaring Just because a boat started and worked fine a minute ago do not mean it will again. You put this in the public eye... sorry for watching it now. Anyway happy boating skipper and good luck with the boat, my intentions was not to be jerk but rather help another boater out. :)
