This video uses not just jumping but dressage, because I feel that dressage is as much as powerful as show-jumping, the power of the horse is just channelled into beautiful, elegant movements we humans can never achieve. Hopefully, I have portrayed the real strength, capability and pure energy we can only dream of having that a horse has, the beauty that they withhold, and the intimidating intensity of their abilities.

Western is a skilled sport yes. They spend just as much time training their horses as we do. People have their opinions. And the one thing that I saw as completely stupid was saying all english riders do is abuse their horses to jump higher, and go faster? No, we do not abuse our horses. Any horse that jumps 6 feet has to love it, or beleive me they wouldnt do it. And sure, we cant say people in the past never had, but western has a history of abuse to. Everyone shut up about western or english being better. First off what your saying is mostly opinion, not facts. I compete in both western and english disciplines and have respect for both but my OPINION is english is harder. Why? Because personally I think it takes more skill to make a horse jump 6 feet jumps, or do dressage patterns then barrel race, poles e.t.c But like I said that's my opinion! Everyone has their own, so respect them. Btw im not implying western doesnt need skill cuz it does

@alinanazarenko1 fyi dumb ass western is WAYYYYY more than just "figure 8's and and spins!!! western riding includes: barrelracing, pole bending, ball drop, western pleasure,horsemanship.i agree with hawainpony- you need to get educated on western before you go trashing it. i know for a fact you wouldn't like it if someone was traching you about English riding
