taking a little time for me...to work out, eat right and take my vitamin pack every day. yea, maybe it is a little selfish, but i am the only one on my team. the US Healthcare situation is dire and reforming it looks like a huge battle against many forces that actually benefit from the current chaos. insurance only complicates matters and those making profits off ill health are fighting to keep things the same. take a little time to invest in your health because the rest of the world is profiting from you not.

banks are the big problem; will only say this that qe2 was laid out by the fed....and the fed said it was going to pump 500 billion into the economy...what give the right for fed to do this; and remember fed is controlled by banks
