  • @Sweeneyelawl Also he helped make the men he played with better. If you don't know what that I mean ask your dad or great uncle to explain it . He did that's why the GSW won the NBA Champioship and why he's one of the best ever.

  • @Sweeneyelawl Wow I saw your Great Uncle play many many times. As a Basketball player he was one of the best ever. There wasn't anyone that could stop him.Not even DR J could handle him all anyone could hope to do in those days was hold him below 30 and maybe then their team would win. He is a better shooter than anyone current day player and that's no exageration

  • @tellthetruthg im his great nephew :D

  • Rick Barry is a top notch broadcaster. Just because he was brutally honest in the 1970s when it wasn't cool (as commentator after the Warriors were eliminated from playoff action) is an unfair and undeserved slight against the guy. Great interview about a tremendously misunderstood broadcaster. Oh yeah, and the GREATEST small forward in NBA and ABA history.

  • @Sovnarkom I really can't argue was Barry better than Baylor or Dr J. I can say I disagree. I did see Barry out play the Dr his first game he played against the GSW in Oakland as a Sixer. Never saw Barry match up against Baylor. It's do you like apples or oranges kind of deal. Being a GSW faithful Barry gets my vote. I know we can agree on this they, all were bad asses.

  • @tellthetruthg Rick Barry was a great small forward ..... better than Elgin Baylor or Julius Erving? - definitely not. Better than Bob Pettit and Larry Bird? - arguable.

  • Rick Barry top GOAT small forwards . The dude passed down some great genes

  • this interviewer is awesome

  • why odds? kids shoulda learned play shit team tak ton shots

  • i love this guy
