Instead of calling that a miracle and thanking a story book character for saving him, we thank the doctors and the care of the surgeons that he is alright. When good things happen don't say you are lucky to have an invisible man in the sky looking out for you, say you are lucky to know and have people in your life to make wonderful things happen

God is a lovely little figment of your imagination, that you use to justify your existence. The biggest hole in religion is the assumption of free will. There is no free will. You see a person trapped under a car, you help them. You have no choice, your decisions are predetermined, by your experiences, which dictate things like your morals. Life is nothing but math and science, and if religion is what your little mind needs to accept that, then so help you god.
