how could you do a clock more simple? (i m a beginner at this XD)

Using logic gates, there really isn't a more simple way of doing it. But there are integrated circuits out there with the same function as the various sections of my clock. For example, the 4017 decade counter has the same function as the binary counter + the binary to decimal converter, but in just 1 component the size of your thumbnail. =)
