Blender Tutorial - Making a water surface (without a fluid sim)

A very primitive form of what you see on the pool videos, by "faking" water.

As mentioned, don't expect me to actually give you the values for it!

Also, if you don't have anything to do at all, try counting my desktop shortcuts!!
