Vodka can be used to make perfume by blending 20 percent essential oils with 80 percent of the alcohol, allowing it to mature before sealing it in a decorative bottle. Use vodka as a base alcohol when mixing perfumes with helpful advice from a natural perfume producer in this free video on perfumes.
@CedoFTW uh yeah. that wasnt what i was asking. i realize that 80 and 20 make 100 and wasnt confused by that. if YOU do your research you ll know that the vodka has to be very high grade and most professionals require 80%. read a bit before you try to insult people.

@balancedesign2010 omg man read carefully it says "20 percent essential oils " with "80 percent of the alcohol" so 20+80=100 not 80 % of vodka just another 80 % alcohol so buy any vodka and blend it !

You can also use Witch Hazel if you are too young to buy Vodka it works very well
and has less odor. Witch Hazel can be bought at Walgreens, CVS and RiteAid in either the section for Acne products or near the Rubbing Alcohol
