Iron Bowl "Hellraiser" Fatty

A "fatty" is a term used in the grilling and smoking culinary world. It refers to a stuffed meat bomb wrapped in a bacon weave. There are all kinds of fatties but none like this Hellraiser. It offers a panoply of fierce flavors that will knock you down in the dirt. It's been introduced for the 2011 Iron Bowl because it symbolizes the smash-mouth way we all expect the game (and our fatties) to be like here in Alabama.
