Just been playing Insane 2, it's more Motorstorm than Insane but it has the infinite looping maps and the graphics are quite nice.

Series will go like: 1nsane, In2ane, Insan3, Ins4ne, In5ane, Ins6ne, 7nsane. What about the 8th ? any guesses people?
