Having mobile hips helps insure a healthier back and knees. Ideally you will be stretching out your hip rotators and adductors as a way to warm up and cool down for your workouts. Nicole demonstrates 2 specific stretches today: the figure four stretch and the frog stretch

  • Idk but in the second stretching exercise i try to have my legs at a 90 degree angle and spread apart similar to a frogs legs, but thats just my personal preference
