If your registry breaks, how do you restore it if you can't use the computer?

You try to boot to a command prompt and restore it manually by copying it back, i havent made a video about that yet.

editing the registry is almost like "hacking" windows

@TheRadioactivemutant Yeah, "dumprep.exe, part of the Error Reporting Service, is invoked once an application crashes. It saves a dump which can then be sent to Microsoft. Additionally, it saves a dump if a blue screen appears." If you have Norton like I do, each time a windows program crashes, windows tries to send a report, Norton blocks it, machine freezes. Right click on dumprep.exe in the task manger, click "end process now", it will give a warning, end it anyway. I do it all the time.
