Le gouvernement communiste vietnamien continue de réprimer la voix du peuple.

Depuis fin juillet 2011, quinze jeunes catholiques vietnamiens ont été arrêtés à Hanoi et à Saigon. Ils sont accusés de tentative de renversement du régime communiste.

QUI SONT-ILS ?
Tran Vu Anh Binh, Ta Phong Tan, Tran Minh Nhat, Thai Van Dung, Ho Van Oanh, Nguyen Van Duyet, Nguyen Xuan Anh, Nong Hung Anh, Le Van Son, Chu Manh Son, Tran Huu Duc, Dau Van Duong, Ho Duc Hoa, Dang Xuan Dieu et Nguyen Van Oai.

Ils sont étudiants. Ils sont blogueurs.

Ils sont tous bénévoles pour diverses associations humanitaires ainsi que pour le service media de l'Ordre des Rédemptoristes du Vietnam : Vietnam Redemptorist News (VRN).

LEUR CRIME ?
- Aimer leur pays et le peuple vietnamien, au point de s'élever contre tous les maux de la société vietnamienne, contre l'invasion de la Chine, contre l'exploitation de la bauxite, contre l'expropriation des terres, ...
- S'être engagé dans des activités sociales, en vue du bien public
- Avoir suivi des sessions de formation dans le but de mieux servir leur pays

Nous, les Jeunes Activistes Vietnamiens (JAVN) d'Europe, nous opposons à ces actes de répression et demandons la libération immédiate et inconditionnelle de ces jeunes militants.

The Communist Government of Vietnam continues its efforts to silence all voices of conscience.

Since the end of July 2011, 15 young Vietnamese Catholics have been arrested in Hanoi and Saigon and are detained for allegedly "attempting to overthrow the government".

WHO ARE THEY?
Tran Vu Anh Binh, Ta Phong Tan, Tran Minh Nhat, Thai Van Dung, Ho Van Oanh, Nguyen Van Duyet, Nguyen Xuan Anh, Nong Hung Anh, Le Van Son, Chu Manh Son, Tran Huu Duc, Dau Van Duong, Ho Duc Hoa, Dang Xuan Dieu and Nguyen Van Oai.

They are students. They are bloggers.

They all help in various humanitarian organizations and are all employed by the Redemptorist order, and involved in media affairs: Vietnam Redemptorist News (VRN).

WHAT IS THEIR CRIME?
- They all love their homeland and the Vietnamese people, so much that they had to raise their voice against the police violating the laws, against China occupation, bauxite mining, land expropriation...
- They are all involved in social activities
- They have attended various seminars and workshops in order to help improve their country.

We, the Young Vietnamese Activists from Europe, are opposed to these acts of repression and demand the immediate and unconditional release of these young activists.
