Build- 1-2 Dorans Rings, Merc/CD Boots, RoA, Rylais, Deathcap, Zhonyas, Abyssal. All of those are solid items depending on your opponents. Void staff also works.

I gotta agree with SC on the boots debate, Pen boots do so little for there cost, but the fact that you can stun all that more often in a teamfight wins. And, the more damage you can reduce PLUS aoe helps. There's always going to be that one person who's gonna herpderp and think he can solo sion, and stay to take 3 shields to the face :/
