Penelope - A1100265 At the West LA Shelter since March 16th!!

Penelope is a 6 year old spayed American Foxhound/Labrador Retriever mix who needs to get out of the shelter NOW. She stares out quietly from behind the bars of her kennel but people pass her up all day long. Penelope will make a great companion for someone....she is VERY SWEET and is fine with other dogs. She'd bond well with one person or a family.... Penelope has a lot of energy but isn't over the top and LOVES to cuddle. She's ok on a leash but could use some work as she pulls....wouldn't you if you were locked up? She's done really well at the Mobile Adoptions but just has yet to be scooped up....She's amazing...
