If you ever wanted to prove to someone why it's not a good idea to translate things word-for-word with lack of context, then you can show them this clip. The people who did the English subtitles did just that which makes this scene sound pretty awkward.

That's because he was born on June 3rd at 4pm and the numbers 6, 3 and 4 make mu, sa and shi respectively. And this being a Kendo anime, the author made an interesting play on pronunciations to make it similar to the famous swordsman that most people know about.

The fact that it's typed 6-3-4 in the clip instead of Musashi as said in the anime is just a result of horrible subtitling by the people that subbed it.
