I replaced the stock pipes with Yamaha long drag pipes, added a Power Commander and had it set on a Dyno. It runs and sounds great but I lost some MPG.

  • Love the sound. Does it pop much with the Yamaha drag pipes? Did you install a fuel commander as well? Do you feel like you lost some power on the low end?

  • It does sound good... lots louder than stock. It doesn't pop often at all... but when it does, it scares the shit out of my wife. I do have a power commander on and gained 5HP.... but don't have the printout from the Dyno. I don't think I lost any low end power at all.

Bad thing I think... they are too short.... I wish they went all the way to the end of the bags.

  • I have Mustang seats on my Strat too. Did you order the driver backrest when you originally ordered your seat or did you add it later. I want to get one.

  • I got the backrest along with the seat @simsf71
