Chlorophyll is some pretty tasty stuff. It seems natural enough, and it's green! Always drink on an empty stomach so you absorb all the good stuff. Try switching from coffee to chlorophyll! (Yea right...) Make sure you opt for one that has peppermint added, unless you love the taste of grass, in which case, avoid the peppermint!

  • @hammerpower100 Agree! It's always better to get it from a natural source. This is just a quick, easy and economic version :) I hope to grow/juice my own wheat grass one day!

  • How to get chlorophyll for free: Go outside, pick some dandelions or grass, wash them and then juice them. Simple. You look beautiful by the way. Its obviously workin :)

  • You use one teaspoon for a glass of water. My bottle says a Tablespoon per glass. Is this your personal preference?
