Not really. Find a GOOD trainer and take a class. Unfortunately, it won't be cheap.

There are several DVDs available. I have one, but there are others that are good too.

Thanks for the reply,rotating the head to disorientate the subject still sounds rather physical to me,obviously implies an impact on the brain itself,anyhow the subject presumably volunteers for the session so its her call.

Once again, it is NOT rough and there is no impact on the brain. This is a balance thing, not a brain thing. If you think it's too rough, you are doing it too hard.
