I agree with Alpha Kitty 100%.I am a man and firefighter ,I have to watch every thing that I eat, and keep in great shape, or suffer the consequences.Some of my friends think its weird, and call me vain, but thats their problem . If you really want to feel trim and fit just go to Wal-Mart and compare your self.
