    Lightning camo is very cool!

    Ever considered using a coat of Johnsons klear to make it shiny like the real thing?

  • I'm not sure about the Mustang, cause it was a special offer without box, I think it was Tamiya.

    The camo for the P-38 was a temporary desert finish (North afica, 1942, sand applied over the standard olive) - although I saw it on A-20.

    Until now I did'nt dare to spray a clear finish (Johnson not available here), but I have a bottle of acrylic finish, which I really must try on an old model first...

  • Yes, I have to agree.. the P38 was outstanding!! But all the models are very good.. :) All I have ready done and made in 1/48 is a P51 Mustang.. :)
