  • I'm concerned that the burn chamber might be too cool to support efficient combustion with this design, since the tube material itself seems to contact (or it actually composes?) the inner wall. It probably is double walled for basic safety, but I can't tell for sure though. Can anybody clarify this? What is the real-world exhaust profile? Would a catalytic convertor be warranted?

  • I remember years ago, a friend that lived "off the grid" had one of these stoves,it heated a two story home.the building may have been 12-1500 sq feet. he was happy with it. it was pleasant to visit in the winter time.B.C. Canada.
