Wouldn't you know it! just as soon as I've posted this video, I find that someone's gone and remade my subject and made it slicker! Its at watch?v=W7Hw1a2BtPc.

But I still prefer my gritty one. Here it is.

Hello, America.

In the past few months I've posted some videos that are quite serioius in nature. This is because I take the liberty of America and its citizens very seriously. One of the things that has shaped my attitude in this regard was a series of 3 minute programs from the mid 70's called "Schoolhouse Rock."

I recently found several of these on youtube and am reposting one of my favorites, "The Preamble."

I heartily recommend you search youtube for these other titles as well: "No More Kings", "I'm just a Bill", and "Little Twelve Toes" (just because it freaked me out when I was a kid).

Sit back and enjoy some real Americana!

  • He can recite it to you verbatim along with the rest of the Constitution. He (like me) takes the constitution seriously -- something to be adhered to rather than avoided, in contrast with most of Washington. The USA became great because we had and followed the constitution. Now that we circumvent it at every opportunity, we are collapsing. I'm not saying that a vote for Paul will save America but I am saying votes for oath-breakers are what have gotten us in this mess. You do the math.

  • @dlondon1144 Friend, congress existed under the auspices of the Articles of Confederation. Learn your history -- then come back and argue. Right now you're making a fool of yourself.

  • in the lawful definition, what does ORDAIN and ESTABLISH mean? What is a PEOPLE? The Constitution is a common law trust document folks which has force at law only if you vote in public as a lawful elector, it is a contract people!

  • @justaman6972 Read your history. The constitution was drafted by congress, approved by the president and ratified by all 13 colonies - every step taken by a duly and lawfully elected representative. The constitution is NOT common law - it is a binding ordinance.

  • It has been a long time since I have watch this.

Anyone notice the little girl who couldn't place the ballot into the box, since females and obviously little girls couldn't vote back then. Kinda thought it was cute. As the video progressed to modern times, a woman cast a ballot.

  • "Right On!"

  • @dlondon1144 how could the Constitution be drafted by a congress one of 3 branches that didn't even exist? The 13 colonies had elected delegates picked by the PEOPLE. It is a common law contract, hence the Oath/Offer and containing all elements of contract. I am well aware of my history, and I don't mean that touted by the public fool system. The Constitution is Organic law, fundamental law, of the People, codes, ordinances and statutes aren't law. It's a common law contract.

  • what would Ron Paul know about the Preamble?

  • @ruminate12

And women should get their right to vote taken away.
