Rather sad when a job fair is canceled due to lack of prospective employers. You ask why? So many businesses and factories have moved overseas or south.
Windsor is a city with a population of 250,000 of which 17.5% are on unemployment insurance and welfare.
Welcome to the Automotive Capital of Canada?. A city containing a plethora of vacant businesses, factories, foreclosed homes and apartments.

lol, windsor is a 3rd world city. Its like.....the detroit of canada. Ontario is funny that way.

You have toronto the high class living large city of excess, and ottowa its little brother. then not 100 miles away you hit hamilton the welfare city, brantford and caledonia(lots of indian reserves) windsor the 3rd world city. You also have niagra falls the 3rd world tourist resort. The tourist strip is ballin high end and the entire rest of the city is a slum.

Canada routinely lies about its unemployment rates.

If they say it's %10 then multiply it by 5. At least they give you welfare there. Here if you ask for it they bite your head off.
