Perotin has obviously never written music for organ, but this is something of very special. As already on the CD of the Hilliard Ensemble has declared the music of Perotin something from "minimal music", the repetitions, the light changes. You come in a sort of trance ....

Perotin heeft natuurlijk nooit muziek geschreven voor orgel, maar dit is iets heel bijzonders. Zoals al op de CD van het Hilliard Ensemble aangegeven heeft de muziek van Perotin iets van "minimal muziek", de herhalingen, de lichte veranderingen. Je komt in een soort van trance....
