Pat Robertson Sees Self in Huckabee (But Prefers Giuliani)

Pat Robertson endorsed Rudy Giuliani for president, but now that Mike Huckabee is using the same religious-right grassroots that Robertson built during his own campaign in 1988, Pat is getting nostalgic. But not enough to switch is vote. Dick Morris is Pat's interlocutor.

Terrorism? Sure. I agree it's important. But what about the terrorism going on here when in our own country there's a genocide going on where we kill 1.3 million children every year, 3,500 a day, from abortions? There have been 40 million PEOPLE killed here since Roe v. Wade. Mr. Robertson. Maybe you should be afraid of that terrorism first of all and vote for someone who'll help stop it. prioroty. logic.

Giuliani is not offering more national security than anyone else in the race. Why is it assumed that proximity to the world trade center makes one more fit to repell future attacks. Morris' preening of Robertson's feathers aside, Giuliani lacks the character I am looking for in the next president.

Let's choose between Huckabee or Paul. At least we get rid of the IRS...that is something concrete anyway.

Dick Morris was certainly wrong here since Obama has less foreign policy experience than any candidate (except Palin). I KNOW Morris likes Huckabee and Huckabee is the ONLY candidate who had a chance against Obama. But, folks wanted a black president so much that all of Obama's shady connections, lack of exp, etc. were overlooked. They got what they wanted. Now let's see if they are happy.

Dick Morris knows how to suck up to Pat -- flattery. Pat cant resist that. WHy Pat supported Rudy, I have no idea. I can only think Pat is jealous of Mike (Im sure no Mike fan.)

I think Morris has an intrinsic wisdom or discernment of the heartbeat of America and an intelligence of the electorate like no one else (few anyway). I'm dissapointed with Huckabee's criticism of Bush and find it naive at best. I certainly hope he can elaborate on his grasp of the global threat of Islamic facism. PERHAPS what we need is a man in the Whitehouse with a bit more charisma and diplomacy on the FRONT, but tough as nails behind closed doors an in PRIVATE..

I like Dick Morris, but I don't trust him. He goes from being a Clinton advisor to completely right wing. People change, and that's fine, but I don't know how one goes from far, far left to right wing...

I don't think so. Ron Paul is going to be the Ross Perot of this election, sadly. If Paul took a tougher stance on international relations and foreign policy I might consider voting for him. He strikes me as a lefty liberal who will be an appeaser and stick his head in the sand WHEN we're attacked again. It's not if, it's when and I want a conservative in the White House!

My respect for Pat Robertson completely went out the window when he endorsed Giuliani. How ironic. So, he supports adulterous behavior, etc.?!? Funny how he wouldn't endorse Romney. It's the Mormon thing I'm sure. What is it with Southern Baptists being so uptight about religion?!? We're not electing a pastor in chief, but a commander chief, and religion is important but only a small part of it! ROMNEY FOR PRESIDENT!
