MANUEL MOYA AND GRACIANO BLANDON
Community council leaders from Choco, Colombia, massacred because of opposing to terror Dictatorship from NGO named "Justice and Peace" -along with Pasc Canada and PBI- . Leaders were killed with the complicity of corrupt officials of the Vicepresidency (as Carlos Franco, former Director of Human Rights), the Ministry of the interior (as Maria Isabel Nieto, former viceminister, along with its legal advisor Teresa Huertas) and the "Peoples Defendant Office." The truth for the black people in Colombia, like in Africa, is described in two ways: 1) the ideologycal alliance between "humanitarian" NGOs and the terrorist armed groups as FARC and ELN, and 2) MONEY from international cooperation that theology of liberation priests STEAL.
Instead of defending the blacks, they point on its leaders to make them killed by FARC or ELN...
