The Philippines was known in the fashion world for some time because of Anna Bayle, .. when she retired, no one of note replaced her to represent my country. Not a model, Makeup Artist or Fashion designer , but now there is Monique who will keep the torch lighted. Filipinos have always been good dressers and it is reflected in her creations.
