  • Yes we teach kicking, as the stronger the legs the stronger the hands. I teach all kicks including push kicks, leg kicks, roundhouse kicks etc., both offensive and defensive. High reps for fitness and calorie expenditure, and power for strength and fat burning.

  • do u guys teach kick boxing in class as well???i know u have seperate thai boxing class but need to pay extra...wat type of kicks do you teach in normal class???
