Bangkok Floods Creep Further, Shut Airport

Floods have shut Bangkok's second largest airport, and evacuees sheltering there were bussed onward Wednesday. Thailand's Prime Minister warned vulnerable areas of the capital could be inundated with water up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) deep. (Oct. 26)

if it means that only now floods happen because of more rain, then that is a GOOD thing.
having more fresh water to be put back in the ground is a good thing.
to fill up lakes and ponds is a good thing.
Thailand got in trouble by dumping water out from dams as the rains came, thus filling up rivers that could not hold both events.
you seem to buy whatever is given to you by your overlords,does that make you feel smart then...
