We tour of the extreme crosscountry race trail at Ski Plattekill, Roxbury NY. Another RadXSports video. Looking for something exciting to do this weekend? You might want to consider a pleasant bike ride in the country. Just don't forget your body armor. This is one of the most challenging mountain bike venues in the east, a downhill ski area turned into a test of nerves for rough riding mountain bikers. We toured the course as the racers checked it out in preparation a competition.

Well i dont know if you ever had the chance to ride bikes from the late 90s, early 00s and compare them to a 2011 model. they dropped in weight by 100%, so i say the bike is a huge factor. also you dont want to ride trails with your urban hardtail...
