@Lee7676 Yes, he was a brutal leader but was he the most brutal leader? Not really. When you think about it, he is one of the more lenient and liberal dictators of Korea and in the world. Well and thats exactly what he did, he gave up Korea's political liberties for the good of the Korean people. Yes, I have watched it already when I was making this video long long time ago.
