While most people try to keep warm in the winter, there are some who love the cold. A group of ice swimmers in the Moscow region have begun their swimming season. They believe taking the plunge in winter is the best way to stay healthy and feel young.

Hey! This is for me... I was a member of that kind of group in Kiev. My husband think I am crazy when I have contrasted shower /cold-hot/ every morning. I feel sorry for poor dear... When you enter into freezing water it burns just for second, then amazing feeling of heat and something I cannot describe. Love you, people! Lets swim in winter!
