Had a AAR 340 6Pack in my '69. Loved to drop the hammer at 100, and open those other 2 carbs. Always chickened out at 145. Front end would get a bit light.

@DodgeMan360 Is it a notchback or fast back? My dad has a 68 notchback with a 340 4 speed formula S. He brought it when it was a year old and still has it to this day! I just love watching the heads turn lol
