Would you need some sort of carb on this? Could you not just feed the HHO into the engine with a tight fitting pipe or would you need space for more air to get into the engine?
-
Good job! Great stuff... Keep testing.... I would use a one way check valve ? is that possible ? It seems that the gas allows for flash backs to occur right back through the pipe at a certain RPM range right ?
-
use nylon n the threading so air does not escape. Another words it's called Teflon tape! this will help greatly for you. Keep working on it.
I hope all go's well :)

i still say replace the millet with black powder and the rice with buckshot you will really have something
-
what the fuck is that ??? no LPM no amp??
fail!!

Any time you convert hp in to watts, it is 746watt=1hp. When making watts from a engine it takes 2hp for ever 1000 watts of power. This is why 5kw generators have 9hp-11hp engines in the first place.
If you did not pull a load on your engine. And to say you are running a 5hp engine your are right, but if you say you have produce 5hp of work, then you're wrong.
-
1 hp = 746 watts, also will boil about 3/4 of a gal of water.
The energy input would have a lost in converting that into HHO energy.
In fact the lost is very high when converting HHO in to rotational energy like a engine that has 20% efficiency.
Do the math, use a dc motor with the energy you are trying to convert it in to HHO. More power then you think in a DC motor then HHO converter.

To you and to all HHO generator enthusiast/sellers:
How many Amps/Watts does your generator use?
My guess, 2 Amps at 14 Bolts or 28 Watts.
Remember 746 Watts is needed to produce 1HP (ONE HORSEPOWER).
Does the HHO output produce more Watts when burned in the engine than the Watts consumed in your HHO generator?
If the answer is yes, congratulations! You have just invented perpetual motion!
perhaps you are adjusting the burn rate too far on the slow side, with the extra air that is getting pulled in
great job-im wondering why you dont make 2 good light weight bubblers and just run the gas straight off the welder.
flame wont get back thru a flashback and 2 good bubblers.

I am trying to eliminate any bubblers to make the installation as simple as possible without all the extras. Some vehicles are limited for space and adding a bubbler is something else you have to maintain the water level.

@pjckac1 What about the HHO that is coming out doesn't have any moisture! would that affect the rice.

@TheMrOsmani
No longer using the old technology Rice. If you go to HHO gas technology com and click on the tab that says flashback arrestor you will see the new technology with a 30 day money back guarantee.

If you haven't already seen the series of videos of Roy McAlister explaining about the Hydrogen Fuel motors: watch?v=fCI4WuCpZPE This is number 5 of 10 in the series.
If you can replace the baloon with a tank you got things going.

I have seen his videos showing hydrogen being used in a vehicle. Hydrogen gas by itself is safer than HHO Gas. For an example in the Hindenburg balloon many years ago people were running away from a flaming balloon. If the Hindenburg balloon had HHO Gas there would have never had a chance to run from the explosion would have been instantaneous. Hydrogen and oxygen separately is safer than when it is together as HHO Gas.
