of course there are free-drifting planets out there. the cosmos is always active with trillions of major things happening every second. makes sense that they are large. during whatever happened to break free from their sun, if they ever had one, their mass would allow them to maintain a momentum and break free from the gravity chains. but there are also free-drifting Earth-sized planets out there somewhere. it's a big universe. anything you imagine is happening out there somewhere. i love space.

I hope that they are not planets that got pulled out of their natural solar orbit by some other magnetic body and lett to drift ...horrifying thought.

These "roaming planets" are Planetoids and NOT actual planets.
Planetoids are Planet-shaped Craft with working Biospheres inside. Some house BILLIONS of beings!!
Our Moon is a Planetoid as well.
