Anyway. Hoare, Puren, Mueller, Peters, Shramme. They were great soldiers. And that's why I told that! And they saved many lives, and not for money. And especially, I respect Jerry Puren. He was Katanga patriot, his second, native land, as I can say. He did hid best for Katanga and Tschombe.

@DJGlock17 Finally someone who understands something about that obscure period of war. I read all of Hoares' books and the 6 Commando "affreux" under Denard failed to impress me too, both for their actions and for their leader....It is true that in the Comoros period Denard managed a few decent military actions. Schramme could have shone if he was given the chance, he just came in too late.
