  • Excellent...so it doesnt matter what you eat it matters how much you eat and what sort of genetic hand you were dealt at birth..there is a big myth that if you change the quality of the food you'll live longer and healtier. It is not the quality it is the quantity. So throwing your money away on organic food, or going vegan, or gorging on lots of fruits and vegetables are all a waste of time money and energy...better skipping a meal every now and then instead.

  • I suspect the opposite of "waste time money energy..." can shorten what genetic hand you are dealt. Note that one Dr is taking drugs to up his [good] cholesterol. Wonder if we'll ever hear how that worked out for him.

Did you watch longevity 2? More technical aspects.

Funny that youtube didn't tell me that you posted your comment. Are you on some black list?

  • Hey Casey2570, your WROOOOONG! Add superior diet PLUS meal skip to SUPERIOR GENETICS and Mr. One-hundred-nine-years turns into Mr. One-hundred-twenty-nine-years! We must ruthlessly identify the truth in breaking the longevity code!! There's more than one item at work in life extension! By the way, I eat ten raw cloves of garlic per day for flavour and don't give a darn about what anyone thinks!
