  • About 45 US Marines versus a hundred enemies? That's not a fair fight. The Marines should've let the other guys call for back up

  • My son was in one of the tracks that rolled up into this fight... When I showed him this video he was pretty surprised. The marines that rolled forward had no idea that the commander was pinned down.. He told me this was an absolutely accurate account of the battle.

  • once again, the marines fuck up. and the army has to do everything.

  • @cloudrenibo

What damn domestic problems were there in 2003? Name that.

  • We should not have invaded Iraq. We were justified in invading, and the American troops that fought were valiant heroes. But one thing we've learned is that sometimes it is better to have a stable enemy country than an unstable ally. Saddam was a bastard and deserved what he got, but he was easier to control than a guerrilla group like Al-Qaeda that has no home base. We should've bombed Baghdad, made sure Iraq cooperated with the UN, and destroy missile bases. But not invade.

  • @871yt That is such a hurtful thing to say, typical hate speech given by racist folk. Too bad youtube doesn't have a way of flagging such comments.

  • btw u all can talk shit about Americans all you want - but learn to separate these men from their civilian counterparts.

  • @Warrantofficer13 Paradoxically, Iran will be easier than Iraq. It can be fought without the interference of Rumsfeld's agenda and micromanagement, with knowledge and frightfulness gained vis a vis Muslim insurgent ruthlessness, and according to the doctrines and equipment capabilities developed for countering a tactical Russian invasion across the plains of Germany. There won't be shock and awe, and greetings with flowers this time, just raw beat-down like the other Gulf War.

  • Shame that many good men and women died in this war and the idiot politicians want war with Iran. War with Iran won't be a cakewalk like Iraq. As a matter of fact, it wouldn't be winnable.
